Build Better Collaborative
Connecting the people building housing across the Wasatch Region.
Every neighborhood is built by someone: a local builder, an architect, a city planner, and a lender who believes in a project. The Build Better Collaborative brings these people together to promote innovation and quality in development.
The Build Better Collaborative (BBC) is a growing network of builders, architects, planners, lenders, and community leaders working to bring more housing options to communities across the Wasatch Region. Through regular gatherings, workshops, and site tours, BBC helps the people building our neighborhoods learn from one another, solve shared challenges, and bring proven ideas home.
Why it matters
Housing built at a human scale — duplexes, small apartment buildings, backyard cottages, and walkable neighborhoods — takes many people working together. But too often, the people doing this work operate in isolation, without the networks and support that larger developers already have. BBC closes that gap.
