Sponsorship Opportunities
Help Build More Livable Communities Across the Wasatch Region
More homes. Stronger neighborhoods. Opportunity for all.
A severe shortage of homes is reshaping who can afford to live in the Wasatch Region — and where. From Ogden to Provo, Tooele to Park City, communities are making decisions about housing, transportation, and land use that will shape where people can live for generations to come. WALC works with neighbors, local leaders, planners, and community partners to advance practical solutions that expand housing choice and help communities plan for the growth already underway.
As a corporate sponsor, your organization helps make that work possible. Your support funds the policy research, community education, and partnerships that help the Wasatch Region create more housing opportunities — and connects your brand to a growing coalition working toward a more attainable future.
Whether you're a business, nonprofit, developer, design professional, financial institution, or community partner, your sponsorship is a direct investment in stronger communities and a more attainable Wasatch Region.
What Your Sponsorship Supports
Every sponsorship helps advance WALC's work in three key areas.
Policy Research & Development
Good policy starts with good information. WALC researches best practices, develops educational resources, and works with local and state leaders to identify practical approaches to housing and land use challenges.
Our current policy priorities include:
-
- Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs & DADUs)
- Affordable Housing Incentives
- Community Land Trusts
- New Housing Options
- Parking Flexibility
Building Partnerships
Housing solutions require collaboration. Through the Build Together Initiative and other partnerships, WALC brings together planners, builders, architects, lenders, elected officials, housing advocates, and community organizations to share ideas, learn from one another, and identify practical solutions to the Wasatch Region's housing challenges.
Community Education & Engagement
Strong communities are built through informed public participation. WALC hosts educational events, workshops, neighborhood tours, presentations, and community conversations that help neighbors better understand housing and land use decisions and provide meaningful opportunities to engage in local planning processes.

Why Sponsor WALC?
Your sponsorship helps communities create more housing choices, strengthens civic engagement, and supports thoughtful planning across the Wasatch Region. It's also a visible way to show your employees, customers, and neighbors that your organization is invested in the future of the communities you serve.
Together, we're helping more people live near jobs, family, schools, and the places that matter most.
