Join Wasatch Advocates for Livable Communities (WALC) for the 41st Annual Paint Your Heart Out on August 7, 2026.

Hosted by NeighborWorks Salt Lake, Paint Your Heart Out brings volunteers together to help preserve homes for longtime residents through exterior home painting and neighborhood beautification. This annual event supports housing stability by helping homeowners maintain safe, well-cared-for homes and remain connected to the communities they love.

This year, WALC is joining as a volunteer team, and we’d love for our supporters to be part of it.

Housing advocacy happens in many ways. Sometimes it looks like policy reform and public engagement. Sometimes it looks like showing up with a paintbrush to support a neighbor.

WALC will provide lunch for volunteers, and you’re welcome to join us for the full day or sign up for a shift that works with your schedule.

Come spend time alongside fellow WALC supporters making a visible, hands-on impact while helping strengthen community ties across the Wasatch Region.
